Why do I do Pilates?

I do Pilates, because I love Pilates!!! So why I love Pilates? 1. Through Pilates, I find my center both mentally and physically. 2. Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise, I see the results faster than any other workouts!! 3. Pilates is a full body workout that stretches and strengthens at the same time. Each exercise works a lot of muscles. It’s efficient exercise. Also it doesn’t create bulky muscle, but tones and gets lean muscles. 4. I can improve my posture and I feel more energetic!
